- With what speed does the hot air balloon fly?

- It flies with wind speed. During the flight the speed can be changed, because in different height wind speed is different.

- What I should wear?

- Flight clothes should be comfortable and sports. Footwear without heels (desirable gym shoes or sneakers). For morning flights (In summer) we recommend to take sweater over jacket. For winter flights we recommend to buy one-time insoles with heating for legs.

- What can I bring with me to the basket?                                                   

- You can take thermos with hot tea or coffee, sandwiches, photo or video cameras, monopod, backpacks and little bags.

- We want to fly from on exact place to another, is it possible?

- Unfortunately, it isn’t possible. Hot air ballon hasn’t got a wheel and it flies in the direction of wind. And landing place becomes a secret during the hole flight.

- When does the season of flights finish?

- It doesn’t finish. We fly the hole year, when the weather is suitable. Suitable weather means absence of rain and strong wind.

- Is it safe to fly in hot air balloons?

- Hot air balloon is the safest way to fly into the sky. Every year we certificate our hot air balloon and pilots confirm their qualification.

- Have you got an insurance?

- Yes. All of passengers are insured for 15 000 euros

- Who decides cancellation of the balloon tour?

- Balloon flights are depending on weather conditions. Pilot makes a decision about approval of flight.

- What happens if my balloon tour is cancelled due to bad weather?

- If there is a cancellation made by pilot (due to bad weather conditions), you can choose the other date of flight or get 100% payment refund.

- How Long does it All Take?

- From start to finish, your adventure will last about 4 to 5 hours.

- Is it Cold in a Balloon?

- At high altitude, it is colder than at ground level, generally 3.5°C degrees colder for each 300 meters (1,000 feet) of altitude. But during the flight, the pilot constantly uses burners which spreads heat around itself will make you feel warmer.
