To reserve the flight you should do some easy steps.
- Choosing the date. You should choose date and time of flight from our Calendar. Note! Time in calendar means the time of flight start, not time of your transfer to flight place. Before 24 hours to flight you will receive a message with exactly time of your transferring from your accommodation.
- Fill booking list. You should fill the booking list form.
- Pre-pay. For reservation you need to pay a part of flight cost, as a guaranty that you will not change your mind. Pre-pay is - 10000 rub. The other part of payment you can pay just before flight.
- Weather. Hot air balloon flights are dependent on weather, especially on wind and rain. Exactly weather forecast we receive in 24 hours before flight. If the weather is good you will receive a message on your cell phone with confirmation of your flight and time to be ready. If the weather is bad - you will receive a message on your cell phone with cancellation of your flight and your prepay will be turn back automatically in 5 days.
- Transfer. Before 30 minutes to the beginning of your adventures you will receive a message on your cell phone with information about car and driver, witch takes you to flying base.
- Flying cancellation. You can cancel you reservation before 24 hour to flight. You should fill cancellation form and send it to us. After we receive you application, we will turn back your prepay. If you will do it less than 24 hours to flight, your prepay will not be turn back to you.
